Fall off the Bone Pork Ribs


You can have BBQ on the whole30--as long as you're smart about it!  I used unsweetened applesauce to act as the natural sweetener, added yellow mustard and coconut aminos, brushed all over the ribs, seasoned with sea salt, oregano, garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder, pasilla negra chili powder and cayenne pepper.  Put a little apple cider in the foil and wrapped up each rack  and roasted at 250 degrees for 8 hours.

Add oven roasted potatoes for $1/serving
