Productive day! I don’t feel like shit!
Breakfast: butternut squash and apple bites
dinner: fall off the bone ribs! Used tomato paste, apple cider and apple cider vinegar as a base and paired it with avocado and lemon mashed cauli-potatoes.
Making whole 30 approved meals is now a fun challenge :)
Oh and guess what? I worked out again! 💪🏼
